I'm using a Joytech HD Component lead which was all I could get my hands on at the time. I bought it to go alongside my Core unit and 32" Toshiba Picture Frame SDTV which does 480p.
Since I linked it up I get a wavey line distortion which I've read is a defect with some of the SD Toshiba TVs when displaying progressive pictures. It's not that bad but becomes noticable when the picture is dark. But I've also read that the MS Component lead is of a better build quality and suffers from less ghosting etc. so I'm interested in seeing if it improves the issue.
I'm a bit reluctant to buy one in case (and most likely) there's no difference whatsoever. So, a big ask, could I borrow one that someones not using (I'll cover all costs etc) try it out and if it is buy it off you or return it.
