Cheese on Toast

So simple, yet for me is one the most delicious, yummiest, comfort foods one can make.

How do you do yours?

For me, it's a light toast in the toaster for the bread, then sliced cheese (normally cathedral city) on top. Grill that for a few seconds then add some mild grated cheese on top. Leave to bubble and go slightly brown on top.

Oh dear, I think i'm gonna have to go and make some now.

My nan always used to smother the cheese in worcester sauce. Never had it myself.
