Cheesecake recipe

Morning people, I fancy knocking up a cheesecake for after the roast tonight but having never made one before I'm looking for some good recipes so what do people recommend?

simple is best. just cream cheese, lemon and vanilla. Digestives and butter.

Pretty much this don't over do it. Maybe just have some berries on the side.

Always had good results from this New York Cheesecake. Normally I have it on its own, but it's good with a raspberry coulis.

Be careful with the NY cheesecake, last one we made rose so much it hit the top of the oven and got somewhat singed. Still good though, after some minor surgery
