Andre Villas-Boas the ex Porto manager has been confirmed as the new man:

What a choice with some completely new blood. Now for a few new signing and this promises to be a very interesting season.

I hope he does in his own way, even 80% will do. He needs to bring cohesion and long term stability to the club. His choice may be a very clever one as he has already been a coach at the club for three years so he has a head start.
