I'm doing a bit of clearing out of my house prior to a move, and I have a couple of Chemex coffee filter jugs I want to get rid of :)

The smaller (shown on the left in the photo) is the 1-3 cup model, whereas the larger (on the right) is the 4-6 cup. I'll also give a half-used box of filter papers for the 4-6 cup model; unfortunately I don't have any filters left for the small one, sorry! You can get new filters for both models fairly easily from the likes of Amazon etc.

Both of these jugs are in need of a good clean, but not cracked or damaged, save for a small nick out of the spout on the larger model, though this doesn't affect its pouring. I also still have the boxes for both in order to protect them.

If you are interested, I'm in north Hertfordshire, just off the A1, so ideally would prefer it if you could collect from my home, but in principle I could probably post them if I had no choice.

Note that I have also asked a few friends and family if anyone wants these, so they might go to them!

Damnit. Just seen this. Would have happily expanded my coffee brewer collection. :D (Would 4 chemexes be too many?)
I'm also north hertfordshire just of the A1 as well.... Oh well, need to spend more time on the forums it seems. ;)

At least they've been rescued by someone and hopefully will have some great coffee brewed in them.

Didn't you have a plasma TV off me a few years ago? Anyway, said family member is keen to get into coffee properly, so they'll not be wasted :)

Ummmm.... Yes.

It's still working, and has been passed on to someone who was moving a couple of months ago into a house and needed a TV with inputs for retro gaming. We even still had the box, polystyrene inserts and manual. She's very happy with it. We'd upgraded the main TV so the one it replaced went into my 'office'. :D

Glad it's not going to be Illy coffee used in them. :)

Great! Always nice to hear of things having a life after you've finished with them :D
