PSU
FDD
256Mb PC133 SDRam
1.2Ghz Duron CPU

It need's to be used for office and internet, also needs to have LAN connection.

I'd buy a secondhand CRT, 17" or maybe 19" which should cost £40 or less. Then I'd spend the rest of the budget on a fastish Sempron CPU or maybe a clearance socket 754/939 chip and more Ram. Maybe something along these lines?
