Cheque Question

Hello,

I've recived a chque from the David Lewis Centre for a large sum of money. How long will it take to cash? Can I pay to have it cashed faster? With It being a bankers cheque with the same bank as my account will it cash faster?

I need the money asap, and I have no idea other then cashing it.

It should cash quickly (2 days?) if it is the same bank to same bank.

However, if you are desperate, go to cash converters or something... but they take a percentage (5%? I dunno...)
