Hey there, im just wondering if anyone know what switches are the stiffest please. I bought a corsair k95 a few weeks back, its a great keyboard but i keep hitting the edge of other keys when i press certain keys as its a slightly different layout from my last keyboard, i just wanna swap some of them annoying keys with stiff ones so i wont be hitting them by accident all the time.

Cheers.

1. Go on a finger diet
2. If you have linear keys already then this will work https://deskthority.net/wiki/Cherry_MX_Super_Black
3. If you have tactile or clicky keys since you never mentioned what you already have then maybe it's as simple as changing to a heavier spring which will be the cheapest option all round.
4. Since you're pulling keycaps you may as well pick up some lube and give them a service.
5. They aren't RGB
6. They are v heavy https://www.reddit.com/r/MechanicalKeyboards/comments/2sv5c6/help_mx_super_blacks/

As above really, but it's more than likely that you'll get used to the layout as you get used to the keyboard, or you'll improve your typing such that it won't really matter. Personally i wouldn't go about changing anything within the board before improving my own typing!

The keyboard came with reds on, I replaced all the keys I use for gaming (wasd, modifiers, numpad etc) with blues but I'm probably just gonna change them all to blues, then change the annoying keys I keep catching to them super blacks Twirly suggests I guess.

I know I'll get used to it eventually but it will take a few months so I might as well make it easier for my self while I wait.

[Clicky, good feels] MX Greens might be more your thing if you want a heavy click switch.

Originally designed for space bars but have become popular due to the heavy spring.

[Linear, no bump, no click] MX Super blacks have not been in production since 2012 and pretty rare nowadays. MX grey Linears are slightly more common but lighter.

[Tactile, good feels, no click] MX Grey Tactile would be best bet, yet another space bar switch and pretty hard to find in europe.
