Hey all,

curious on something here, there are different types of chests I see like completly flat with muscle, big boobed muscle ones and so on. How exactly do you get it like this? Say if you want it completly flat with muscle? Or does it just develop how it wants to as you train it?
 
Two people could train their chests in the exact same way and get very different results.

How your muscles gain mass, how big they get and the shape they take with they fill out has a lot to do with your genes.
