Chieftec Desktop MediaCenter HT-01B and IMON VFD Display

Do you have this case? Does the display come on automatically when you switch it on? I am running Linux Ubuntu and I haven't installed anything yet for the IMON display.

I have an IMON VFD and it needs driver software installed for it to work. It's the software that tells it what to display.
