Found these for only £34 on another site, need a large case for WCing my current setup and this looks great value. Anybody got one of these and have any comments on them.

I have two, very nice for me, nice amounts of room, fan spaces, etc.
Cheers mate, just looking at the layout and i think i'l move the HDD tray to the lower DVD drive bays and put my water res in its place.
Is the side door double lines or just a single piece of steel, i'l cut a side window into it as well as put 2 x 120 fans at the front and maybe a 120mm in roof (love my 120mm saw).

Do you mean is the side door in two pieces? Not at all!

I've started modding mine at the moment (i'll make a project log when it's closer to finishing!).
You can quite easily get 2*120mm intakes in the front, and 2*92mm in the back. If you've only got 2 hard drives I would suggest suspending them in the 5 1/4 bays and drilling out the rivots for the hdd mounts for extra space/airflow (easy as hell to do!)

I would really recoomend this case if you can mod it!

[edit] Here's a pic of the inside of mine if you want a look

Yeh the full tower, be warned it is likely it will not come with the Hard Drive cages like the older models and what most reviews say, as they put them at the top now to cut down on costs.

Cheers, ive got a spare HDD cage from an old case, i'l just rivet into the 5 1/4 bays.

My Dragon was extremely sturdy. Modding the intake and exhaust fans might be an idea, although with WC you could just run some 7v 80mm fans to keep everything flowing a bit.

Well it turned up in the post and the 1st thing i noticed is how sturdy it is, side panels that that dont flex like they are made of tin.
The internals are a modders dream, ive already marked up the front internals so as i can cut out for 2 x 120mm fans.
The suppleid 120 rear fan moves some serious air and made hardly any noise.
I'l also move the HDD cage as its in the way of the WCing tubing route, i'l probably refit them nearer to the fron or suspend then above the 2 x optical bays i'l be using.
I cant internaly fit a 120 in place of the 2 x 80 fans so i may cut the panel out and replace it with an aluminium plate with 2 x 92mm fitted.
i'l also add a 120mm behind the unused 5 1/2 blanks (stick 3 blanking plates together and bore a 120mm hole), this will blow air across the HDD and into the rear of the PSU to be extracted.
looking fwd to doing this, just need a free weekend.

I really do prefer the older models with the removeable hard drive cages in the bottom, wheres your front gotten of to then?! :p

Damn, you got the full tower, it's gigantic! I thought that the smaller one that i've got is big!

I should have my dremel come by the weekend/early next week. So I can continue modding mine ;)

You need to get 1m ones if you hope to have tidy cables, and the 0.65 ones just about reach. :p

I have a original Cheiffy Scorpio still, they are great cases but a bit on the noisey side no matter what you do to them they either are ovens or a bit noisey, high CFM cases so its always the way.
