Child proof iOS?

Hi all,

Got a new Ipad Mini Retina for the daughters. (under 3)

Just wondering what apps, etc you would recommend to child proof, so no wandering to bad sites by accident, and they mainly use youtube.

Thanks :)

I bought my our little un a Asus Memo pad last year, stuck some child operating system on which uses a pass code so she cant get off that screen and installed various apps which she knows how to use.

But if you have the money why not buy them the best you can it will last a long time...if they don't drop it, spill milk on it or generally abuse it ;)

To bring things back on track, yes you can set a lot of restrictions.

For YouTube and Safari filtering (as opposed to just blocking the apps) I think your best bet is to manually set the OpenDns servers which will handle filtering for you.

If you want to load up an app and keep them in it then use Guided Access.
