Just updated my 6 year old's Revo R3610 to Windows 8 and want to make it as child proof as possible so he can't get to places he doesn't need to be! ;)

I've got it booting into the desktop instead of Metro, and I'll be installing K9 Web Protection too, any tips or app recommendations please? Cheers.

turn on parent control, make it strandard account only so you require pw to install stuff

adblock plus (incase of dodgy ads)

let him use metro. it's kind of child friendly

just remove the apps/title that's not needed. then install child friendly games/apps from the store.
