Child proofing Windows

Which OS is best for this? I want to create a user partition for my niece (aged 2).

I'm sure I read Vista does this very well now? Any guides?

Interactive peppa pig games for a start. She isn't an ordinary 2 year old tbh - she can count to 10 and pretty much have conversations.

And yeah it's not just for now but for the next few years.

I mean she can press anything she wants and not delete my files.

And I'd quite like some child friendly OS and web browser etc with nice big icons.

Dual boot with Linux, hide all partitions except the system one. Unless she's a two-year old computer whizzkid, she's unlikely to map a drive letter to the other drives and delete your files..
I'm sure there's a version of Linux that will do the trick, maybe something like the ones that come with some P45 motherboards (though I've never used it, it's called ExpressGate though)
