Childrens game for the 360 farming thing.

I thought there was a thread here a while back about some bizarre kids game coming to the 360 where you have to grow plants that attract different creatures who then become domesticated and change colour or something.

Does anyone have a clue as to what I am talking about and if so could you link me up?
