I have just found the answer to your prayers!
Its called a flash cooler, they are use in pubs to cool the beer. They will chill to prob -3 ish
and have found a guy that has 2 left. They cost well over £200 but he wants £50 for them.
Good thing is they are made to run 24/7 and are made to pull a pint at 3oC in 30secs.
They are twin looped, run it through one then the other and away you go!
