My new chiller turned up with a strange plug on it

What do I need to get it running please.

There is also a little bit of water at the bottom of the chiller (probably where they tested it) any ideas how to get it out, I can not turn the chiller upside down without damaging it.

Thanks

The cable is fixed to the chiller, so it sounds like a rewire job. Is the colure of European wiring the same as British wiring.

The chiller uses about 350 watts.

I would cut and rewire, at least that way it is properly grounded. Many travel adapters don't connect the third pin.

There will be three wires in there when I cut the plug off ?

As you can guess I don't know a huge amount about normal electrical things.
