Chinese conference call software

Business contact in China wants me to talk over VOIP using this software:

I don't even know if I want to install that on my own PC! Especially being prompted to use Internet Explorer for it...

How wary are you of installing things like this?
Contact is trusted btw, not some complete random...

they want to try some document sharing software? I've tried something else before called gotomeeting, will have to get them on that!

The Chinese market will use a lot of software that is unfamiliar to the west, this doesn't mean its bad or spy-ware ridden, however knowing what is and what isn't isn't easy either.

Go2Meeting is a Citrix product and widely used so you should be good to go with that.

Most Chinese software is bad and spyware ridden though.

It's a trap !! ??

once installed you will be monitored by the Chinese government. They will use your machine as a gateway to hack into the west and bring down the NYSE and LSE therefore bringing western markets to a halt resulting in massive crashes which will all lead to China become the single global superpower. They will then march the armies throughout the know world conquering all until we are all living under chines rule and occupation.

Refuse online meeting and demand only meetings in person........ its the only way to be sure
