So ages ago remember having conversation about first 5GHz chips (ye, those 5 GHz piledrivers and AMD cheekily tried to charge a grand for it) and how they are getting binned. To make a long story short (iirc):
"best" binned chips go to Epyc narrative - is false ? Cause best efficiency chip go to server market, but in 3800x, 3900x and 3950x efficiency is second to ability of clocking higher, so they are not the same binned. Can some1 with the better grasp on the subject explain it properly (in normies terms if possible
