Chip decision halp..

I'm kinda torn, I can't decide between a chip for my new build server, I ideally want low wattage but with something which can handle a couple of VMs and transcoding on Plex..

My choices are:

E3-1220L V2 (17.5w) - £148 + £10 for low profile cooler (will require a separate GFX card pushing the wattage up slightly)
E3-1230 V2 (69w) - £174
i5 3570T (45w) - £154 + £10 for a low profile cooler

Will be run on a mITX board with 16Gb RAM.

I have a feeling the i5 3570T will be the best median between low power consumption and performance.

What do you think?

Yeah, I think the i5 3570T is the best trade off between TDP & Performance, not fussed about a cooler - I'm planning on getting the new low profile Noctua for it, or maybe a cheap low profile Akasa...
