Been in 2 minds about this as i dont really see the benefits in it apart from reducing the temp in the case by a little maybe?

So is cooling the chipset really worth the hassel of losing your warranty and spending the additional cash?

- AMD Opteron UP 165 Dual Core San Diego 1.8GHz 2MB Cache
- G.Skill 2GB DDR HS PC3200 (2x1GB) CAS2.5 Dual Channel Kit (F1-3200USU2-2GBHS) (MY-007-GS)
- DFI LanParty UT NF4 Ultra-D
- Seasonic S12 600W Silent ATX2.0 Power Supply

I found the chipset going up as far as 63oC, which must be in turn heating everything around it

hehe well i figured i may aswell do these things while i have my mod hat on ^^
Am gona drill a few holes into my Motherboard side panel to fit a 120mm fan over the top of my gfx card/heatsink, havent decided yet.
I have a bit of a problem getting air out of my case atm as i dont really want to be running hot air over my hard drives, but there and just below are the only places i can realisticly put a fan.

I'll post a pic soon as i work out how to put these pics from my phone to the computer :P

I dont think i have the clearence for something that big on my board, the gx card is quite literally touching the chipset fan as it is :<

What motherboards you guys stuck the modded zalmans on?
