Chipset temps.?

Hey, just wanting to know if anyone could point me in the direction of one or two apps i can download to monitor my chipset temps while i overclock my ram/cpu.

Hmmm, do i really need to monitor my chipset temps when overclocking.?

the asus "Al Boost" states my System/mobo temp is at 29Oc :S
