CHKDSK detects an error

, I have NTFS on the drive, just wondering if anyone had any ideas other than reformat?

go to run and type in CMD.
then type in:
chksdk /f
it'll say something about the drive needing to be locked and do you want to run it when you next restart. Say yes and then restart your computer.
The f parameter stands for fix.
