Chocolate concrete (school dessert)

Good people of OcUK, I am on the hunt for some chocolate concrete. I have the recipe to make it myself but unfortunately the time to do this eludes me at every corner.

I work in Picadilly Circus and would be eternally grateful if anyone knows of a place nearby me that sells this amazingly delicious cake/biscuit dessert.

The only place I know that sells blocks of this cake is a cafe called Tuckers in Birmingham city centre. Obviously thats quite far from Piccadilly Circus

I think you might be right mate. Im a brummie whos been in London since 2008. Everytime I've asked about chocolate conrete around here I get laughed at....
