Chocolate help needed

Hi all,

Each year I buy some easter eggs, split them and fill with chocolate rice krispies. Then reseal and repackage.

However, I want to try something new.

I want to melt the chocolate and add Baileys to it. I've tried in the past but the result is a really tough paste. Not sure what I am doing wrong, maybe too much baileys to choc?

Also, I have considered making a rice krispies square egg, chocolate rice krispies and marshmellows, but no idea where to start with that one!

Anyone any suggestions?

I'll try the baileys thing, just need to figure out how they make the marshmellow squares

J-FRO, making simple rice krispie cakes is really simple It's just a case of waiting for the choc krispies to cool slightly before putting them in the egg casing, then putting them in the fridge to cool it quickly. Then use some melted chocolate to seal the 2 halves together again
