Dark chocolate, the rest isn't really chocolate.
Oh do you work in the Stratham factory? (I had a quick Google). Does Lindt chocolate made in the US taste the same as the stuff they make in Switzerland?
I think it's got to be either Lindt Lindor (any type!) or Lindt Excellence: A Touch of Sea Salt. Both are spot on. In fact, pair that with a glass of red wine and you're onto a winner. Having said that, it's surprising how good the Lidl stuff is.
It's odd that I find the more expensive brands are much better for dark chocolate, while the normal brands (Cadbury for example) are better for milk and finally the cheaper brands (think pick 'n' mix chocolate mice) are best for white!
