Choice between 2 memory

i dont know if the 2nd one has good overcloking potential, searched up for it on google no answers. id also like to know if the difference between them is big or not.

so ur saying i wont feel the difference at all but the OCZ one is better right? if the difference is something that i wont even feel, then ill buy the second one since it is in stock. is it possible to run the corsair one on 2000mhz?
