Choice between 780s

Alright. I'm gonna be buying a GTX 780 rather soon and I have the choice between the EVGA ACX or the Palit Super Jet stream models.

The EVGA is slightly pricier but offers a nicer looking heat sink and a better warranty. Whereas the Palit card is cheaper and has a higher overclock.

Which would you choose?

Go for the EVGA for the warranty and then give it whatever overclock you need.

I've had Palit GTX 260 Sonic, it was ok, could never afford EVGA, now there's no way I'd compromise.

evga - your warrenty remains valid if you remove the cooler (cleaning dust out or installing water block)

I've seen pallit cards often get good OC's on reviews, but I've owned several and they were always the worst clocker, I suspect they cherry pick review cards

just FYI, there is also a new BIOS for the ACX card available with lower min. Fanspeed. If you will go for the EVGA card please proof if the min fanspeed is 39% or lower. If it is 39% just send me an email and I will send you the auto update.
