Choice Between Corsair XMS2 Pairs For E6400

I am planning to pre-order components to build an intel core 2 system from OcUK. The basics of the system are:
+ Asus P5W DH Deluxe WiFi
+ Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Retail
+ HIS Excalibur ATI Radeon X1800-XT 512MB

They have 2 RAM pairs that I can choose from in my budget:
+ Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-5400 (675MHz, 4-4-4-12)
+ Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C5 (800MHz, 5-5-5-12-T1)

The XMS2-5400 is £25 cheaper.

As I will not be overclocking at all, will I be able to notice any performance difference between these 2 pairs of sticks?

I can then save about £30, which isnt much, but if there is no performance gain, might aswell save it!

Many thanks,
Sital

EDIT: Switched latencies and frequencies as they were wrong way around :P

Thanks for the reply.

Will I actually be able to notice the difference between them?

I have heard that the "Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C5" is much better for overclocking, but since I am not overclocking, I want to know if its really worth the extra

Thanks,
Sital
