Choice of PSU for this kit?

I've been asked to build the following:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200+ AM2
MSI K9N4 Ultra
Crucial 2GB kit (2x1GB) DDR2 667MHz/PC2-5300
ASUS HD 4670 512MB GDDR3 VGA DVI HDMI PCI-E
80GB Seagate 7200 SATA-II
LG GH22NS50 22x SATA DVD±RW Dual Layer & RAM Black

A case and PSU are also needed. Thermaltake's Power Supply Calculater suggests 235W is required for the above.

I'm considering:

Coolermaster Elite 330 Mid Tower Case with 350W PSU

or

Coolermaster Elite 330 Black Case With CM eXtreme Power 460W PSU

Which case/PSU should I go for?
