Whats going to be better?
Looking for good performance generally. I dont really play a set game as such...

Currently looking at these...

I have a E8400 in a P5Q Pro. I game at 1680 x 1050 on a 20" monitor.


Which would you reconmend?

I'd probably get the 4850 just on the strength that it's actually in stock. Otherwise I'd probably swing towards the 9800 GTX+ because it comes with a free game (albeit one that has a not-so promising 62 on metacritic).

They're pretty much par on par, the 4850 may be slightly better. I'd go for the 4850 it's cooler too.

+1 for the GTX only IMO driver support seems better but performance wise dont think you can go wrong both good deals

Depends if you prefer the green or red camp really. Either card would be an excellent choice.
