Lian Li for me. It looks better IMO and Lian Li are a better manufacturer. Although the 1200 does looks good with its black internals... How about the Haf932 or a Cosmos S, they look much nicer!

Imo the haf932 looks awful, and the cosmos is a bit of a acquired taste i think.

Depending on what your after a lian li v1000z or antec 1200 would be best.

1200 definitely , Easily as cool and functional as the armorsuit for less money
