serious gaming rig would overclock like **** and you could go sli in future id get a zboard instead of this keyboard tho for an extra £20, and lose the retail cpu for an oem and chuck in an artic cooling freezer 7 pro

edit: IMO a e6600 is not needed as a e6300 will overclock to 3.0ghz no problem in 99% of rigs and the difference is un noticeable for gaming and most other tasks

yes mate no problem would probably do everything at high settings, at monitors res. of 1680x1050

would be a beast TBH:D

all the c2d in stock at the mo are the full retail package comprising of cpu and intel suplied fan, the latter is perfectly good but if you want to push your conroe past 2.8 ghz, and if your owt like me you will in the end then a half decent after market HSF is requred like the ACF7P

so an oem version of said cpu is best as its cheaper due to only having the cpu and no posh packaging or intel hsf

just email ocuk to see when oem kits are likely to be in again

doesn't look like they have any OEM C2D CPU's at the moment, they used to have them before. What's the obsession with OEM anyway?
