Iv not been looking closely at the CPU market for some time now, not since the conroe's came out really, back when i got my E6600 and im glad i did at over 200 pounds, best CPU iv ever had.
But heres my questions because as i say iv not had my eyes open cause iv not needed anything new
Iv noticed the new 45nm dual and quad cores but are there to be any new processors coming out any time soon from intel? because i might buy ether the 9300 or 9450 (if i got the names right)
And if theres none coming out soon how long untill anything newer does come out? the same time distance between the first c2d and the new quads now? or not that long again
Im not fussy about spending money if i know its going to last, my processors lasted a few years now at 3.5ghz 24/7
