Hi, I really need some help please, thx in advance.
I want to buy a gaming monitor but which one?
I need the following.
1440p,32 inch, only height adjust on stand is needed.

don`t need good viewing angles or colour accuracy or speakers.

using a RTX2070 playing mostly racing sims at 60fps like assetto corsa,
Automobilista 2, fractor 2, assetto corsa Competizione,

not sure I if need gsync compatible or 144/165/240hz refresh?
HDR of 600nits or more might be useful for the future.
currently using a AOC Q3279VWFD8 1440p 75hz.

The problem is that the "not sure" part comes down to personal choice.

G-Sync is great but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it. Freesync is almost as good and as the name suggests, it won't cost you any more money.

Refresh rate is largely down to what you think is necessary. I would certainly go for at least 90Hz but whether you want anything higher is up to you.

HDR is a waste of money in cheaper monitors, it's useless.

A good starting point for your attention is the Gigabyte G32QC Gaming Monitor. There are plenty of others around, though, it's a popular format.

Thx pp111,
The G32QC looks good, although while searching I do like the look of ultrawide curved monitors.
Gigabyte G34WQC or AOC CU34G2X but am worried about the black smearing/ghosting with these.
As you said HDR is a waste of money but choosing which panel type to go with is giving me a headache.
