Choosing a PSU

I'm about to build a PC and to make it as small as possible I'm going to probably construct the case myself.

I've so far decided on the following components

4 x Seagate Barracuda 500GB ST3500630AS SATA-II
1 x Crucial 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-5300C5
1 x Intel Core 2 Duo E2140 1.60GHz
1 x Abit Fatal1ty F-I90HD ATI Micro ATX

This is going to be my media server so the 4 HDD will be setup as a RAID-5 array. The only thing I'm having issues with is the PSU. I need it to be as small and silent as possible, but still be able to run the above setup.

Anyone have any recommendations ?

How big is that power supply ? Trying not to get anything too massive because it will bump up the size of the case I need to build.

the Antec is standard ATX size
