Choosing another 24 monitor.

Hi,

I'm looking to purchase a second monitor and would appreciate some help in deciding as I have a couple of choices.
I currently have a 24" Hyundai W241D which does my needs - I believe it is a S-IPS screen. I use it for games/photo editing/programming/general office use.

I need a second monitor when programming.

I could replace the Hyyndai and use it as the second monitor but can't justify the extra cost.

The monitor needs to have height/tilt adustable stand.

Budget is £200-£250.
