Choosing between two Samsung models

I understands these are not the greatest TV's in the world but for limited TV usage and some gaming, I have narrowed it down to two. Is one a lot better than the other or are they much of a muchness? One is a little more money but is it that much better?

Those two are way overpriced. Take a look at the Sony xf90 instead. https://www.richersounds.com/sony-kd55xf9005bu.html

eh - you participated in the <£700 thread, which the Q6 'won', so £300/30% less than the current 1K xf90 price (£900 at its best price) ... but - you think Q6 is overpriced ?

I did not mate I just ended up narrowing my choices down to the two Sammy’s au natural.

More the point I think, the 7404 which is the other one l I listed and not the q6, was the one I was going to pick up. Is it any good?

The TV mentioned in this thread is the Q60 (currently £1k), not the Q6 (Sold out but widely available sub £700 before). The Q60 should priced the same as the Q6 hence it is way overpriced. Read before you post?

I could not find it in stock and given one of the TVs asked about is £1k, I assumed that is the max budget.

Its a low end TV from what I can tell, new release but reality is its a £500 TV. In addition to my post above and what @jpaul mentioned I found the Q6 in stock here http://www.cramptonandmoore.co.uk/samsung-qe55q6fn-55-inch-qled-uhd-4k-smart-tv-soloco.html if you dont want to push to the £1k sony this is a better buy than either you mentioned IMO

What’s the best way to watch 4K stuff? Could I stream from my pc to the tv using the inbuilt steam app?
