Choosing glasses be hard

I don't think any of those suit me (except the top right), but the selection at most places is pretty similar.

Then there's this:

which totally confuses me as none of those people look like the shapes they're matching them with...

So I wonder is my face an oblong, a diamond, or a reverse tetrahedron? /boggle It's just there to confuse me, I'm sure.

The last pair of glasses I bought I absolutely hated, so I'm trying to get it right this time.

How can I buy glasses like a boss, OcUK?

Yeah I think so too. I also think I should avoid dark (black, navy) frames... They just stand out too much.
