Choosing new media software

I am looking for the best software to organise my media, I have 200gb+ of albums stored as flac files on a server and a large number of itunes downloads stored locally, I would like to have software that:

Has Support for flac files

Can sync Libraries and play count across multiple computers

Sync wirelessly to an android device

Zone controlled playback controlled from mobile app

Create custom view for songs that are not from a complete album, e.g. iTunes downloads ( Jriver has an option to create a few and select complete album as false)

Queuing songs feature, add to queue and add to queue as next to play

Some kind of intelligent playlist generator based on a current song

Not sure it can do everything you want, but plex can stream to multiple devices/computers and can sync too. It also supports audio, but i don't know about flac, i use it for movies/tv
