Choosing Ram

I'm a little unsure with ram choice, probably going to run with giga z77x u3dh board, should I be looking at dual or triple channel? Basically I'm looking for about 8gb of ram that will get the best out of the board.
 
that board only supports dual channel,

id go for the samsung green memory as its cheap for the speed/oc,2133mhz should be do-able
 
Any processor you put in that motherboard has a dual channel memory controller so you want to install 2 or 4 sticks of RAM.

You're best sticking with low profile RAM to avoid any potential conflict with large CPU coolers if you're getting one of those.

If you fancy trying for faster speeds then: Samsung Green (MV-3V4G3D/US) 8GB (2x4GB) £59.99 but you'll have to overclock it (not guaranteed) and at best it will increase overall performance by a few percent.
