Choosing the right ram

Hi guys, i am building a PC based on a 890FX chipset
I already bought one 1055T

The time has come to choose the RAM and i am getting different suggestions

1) G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH 7-7-7-21 1.5v

3) Corsair XMS3 DDR3 4GB (2X2GB) 1333 9-9-9-24 1,5v

4)Corsair XMS3 DHX DDR3 4GB (2X2GB) 1333 9-9-9-24 1.5v

5) Corsair XMS3 DDR3 4GB (2X2GB) 1600 7-8-7-20 1.5v

6) Corsair XMS3 DDR3 4GB (2X2GB) 1600 8-8-8-24 1.5v

I am planning to do a little OC, so, wich one should I get?
Also, should it be 1333 or 1600?
