Choosing which core a program runs on.

Hi guys, i had a quick search but didn't find anything.
I want to set FRAPS (+ a couple of others) to use a specific core on my C2D with Vista, i know this is possible but i cannot find out how, can anyone help a guy out?

Well, i've just recently started having problems recording with FRAPS, i used be able to record at 30fps no problems, but now i can only record at about 5fps. The idea was to try and dedicate a core to the game and a core to FRAPS to see if it helped.
The problem has started since i installed Vista, so i suppose i can put it on the long list of Vista problems.
