Happily impressed, as soon as I saw the words, metal, and drummer of the year I was expecting a solofest. I think what I was really impressed by was how effortless he made the footwork seem.

He is definitely a good drummer, compared to most of what's on offer these days.

Although to call him drummer of the year is a bit excessive.
I can play most of the stuff he was playing in that video, except my hands aren't as fast as his.

Definitely got some creative footwork though.
