Yes. It is rubbish. It doesn't work. Not even slightly.

Disappointing, the version by the guy on american idol might be based on that one in the OP by Chris Cornell, but it sounded so much better. David Cook's tone and arrangement was so much better.

Incidentally anyone know if his version of Lionel Richie's "Hello" was his own or a cover of someone else's?
