Christian State (CS) Discussion Thread

Remind me again what George Bush said whilst starting the Iraq war? - oh yes, "God told me to do it"........

Do you actually read anything you quote?

"I'm driven with a mission from God. God would tell me, 'George, go and fight those terrorists in Afghanistan.' And I did, and then God would tell me, 'George go and end the tyranny in Iraq,' and I did."

"I feel God's words coming to me: 'Go get the Palestinians their state and get the Israelis their security, and get peace in the Middle East.' And by God, I'm gonna do it."

Surely given your repeated posts about how much you hate the Jews, you'd be in favour of some guy standing up and saying he intends to help the Palestinians? As well as do a bunch of other stuff that appeared laudable (didn't really work out as intended, but this is about what he said)

My original question was a simple one, but it was more shining a light on the fact that there is no-one showing anger at christian groups for not denouncing the actions of this group and/or individuals.

Christianity does, it has leaders for the various Churches and those leaders regularly speak out about violence.

Even the Pope has had to ask if Muslim leaders could issue a global condemnation of terrorism.

The issue here is that islam is a decentralised political tool with added pixies
It badly needs to reform otherwise people will continue to point out that while the Pope has spoken out against violence, there is an obvious complicit silence from the billion followers of islam.

The only positive benefit for the gene pool in absolute terms is diversity.

Remind me again what Africa and the Middle East have done for humanity recently.
We'd be living on Mars now if it wasn't for the $trillions wasted on sorting out the problems those cultures create.

I'm afraid I'm struggling here. You've said that islam is decentralised, but are still expecting world leaders of islam to speak out?

Has the pope spoken out against followers of christianity? Christian hating doesn't get any press, so I haven't seen that - I certainly haven't seen it here (I wasn't speaking of christian faith leaders, I was speaking of your every-day christian).

What, exactly, are you intending to point out when referring to Africa and the ME? Are you telling me that because you don't feel certain geographical areas of the world haven't been contributing to the advancement on the world that you'd like to limit the gene pool and work against evolution? Or are you saying that genetic diversity is a bad thing?

I'll tell you now, that you're wrong. They are a real and growing threat both in the UK and Europe.

Europe is a very different kettle of fish and always has been. They have as much trouble with the far left as far right.

In Britain they are as good as non existent. I know this to be true as I know people who move in those circles. None of them talk about terrorism, insurgency or anything of the like. They are not the violent sort.

Whilst your association doesn't surprise me, what you say isn't representative.

You sure? Has he said that? I didn't think twirly was like that zoome on the other hand somewhat more likely.

he's quite outspoken on it

A fundamentalist or devout muslim wouldn't even be with him in the first place. The cream of the crop aren't for any tom, dick and harry you know

I know a few people who have but tbh if you're dating her in the first place it hardly seems to holds Islamic values. So if she is a Muslim by name and not by nature kind of girl then all you need to do is say the Shahada (Decleration of Faith) affirming that you believe in Monotheism and Mohammad is the Last Messenger and job done.

Whether you believe in it or not is your call, but you'll be a liberal Muslim just like your girlfriend.
