Christmas Dinner

Ok, so I am cooking Christmas dinner for about 12 people, you know the traditional meal with all the trimmings. However, I have just been told that one of my guests is a communist, err, vegetarian.

What would you suggest to cook for her which is just a good as the meaty meal I cook for everyone else?

Being able to cook is very useful for attracting the ladies , and when they're chained to the kitchen we can let them get on with it
