You can keep kidding yourself that its a better phone, but in reality, its a fairly decent camera phone (still nothing really amazing) with some old hat average software and fairly mediocre hardware.

+1 Because of the xenon flash I'd say it's probably the best camera on a phone at the moment, but I'd never but it due to the hardware and software it's paired with.
 
Forget the xenon flash, few dedicated compact cameras can match the Zeiss lens + 1/1.83 sensor (the test shots are in a different league to any other phone)
Shame really, as its about 2/3 years to late... no one wants an 'amazing' camera 'average' phone anymore, its the other way round.. and if they did it would need 1080p recording and a fast (f2) optical zoom with ois.
