Christmas pudding recipe recommendations

I've lost my christmas pudding recipe

Anybody got a good one they can recommend? The one I had was quite light and very zesty and fresh and was a recipe published in the Metro about 2 years ago. Looking for something like that or possibly one made with stout.

No, you can make it a day or so before Christmas if you like. If you make it in advance you can feed the pudding brandy or rum which will make it more boozy, but you could just make a more boozy sauce
