Well it's that time of the year again! The last sale wasn't that long ago, but the Christmas Steam Sale starts tomorrow!

19 hours from this post!

Planning on getting The Evil Within 2!

Good shout... Loved the first game not Played any of number 2

Still working on finishing the first game, but I think I will enjoy 2 more then 1, seen others play 2, it looked more fun to me.

Doubt it will be any cheaper than this!!: https://www.cdkeys.com/pc/games/the-evil-within-2-pc-steam-cd-key

Steam sales are predictable nowadays so would not hold your breath on any major savings unless the game is around 18 months old.

Oh nice thanks for that! £15 is pretty much my instant buy price for games of this value, last steam sale had 2 for half-priced at 50% off, so maybe this time it be lower? :p

Yeah got a £25 Steam gift card I'm waiting to spend. A rarely spend more than £15 on a game so I might treat myself to one. Quite fancy Nier Automata...

Thats a steal
Sure is ;) & cdkeys are a great site for cheap Steam keys which are legit & never get revoked either as they are meant to be sold in poorer countries but Valve do not have a geo lock on global keys so that is how these sites operate selling to anyone globally & consumer wins!!

It will be the same price as last time as its still a new game. You can pretty much estimate all recent games & DLC on Steam xmas sale price already the general formula is something like:

Under 0 to 1 year old 40-66% discount
2-3 years old 66-75% discount
3 + years old 75-80% discount with few exceptions unless its a low selling indie title!!

Queue a gazillion posts of "meh damn Steam sales are not what they used to be" :p

Sadly it'll be the same sales we've just had, nothing ever warrants a huge saving these days. Same with Ubisoft their Xmas sale still puts prices higher than say cdkeys.

I used to go bonkers with purchases in Steam sales, but haven't really bought anything in the last several years. We got 2 Rifts this year however, so I'm on the lookout for any VR titles this time, particularly anything co-op VR.

Off the top of my head - Raw Data (it's on sale already), Sairento, Arizona Sunshine, anything decent single player. Audioshield is on my list.

There's no point in these threads. All it ever results in is 'not as cheap as cdkeys'. That's pretty obvious due to way they operate. Not a company I'd like to support for my games though.

I don't think I have anything on my list I really need, few things I'll keep an eye on though just incase.

Bought resident evil 7 gold edition, xcom 2, tomb raider rise of the tomb raider 20th anniversary edition, wolfenstein shadow colossus and the evil within 2 all for £69 on cdkeys for Xmas. Gonna get some monies for Xmas and see what else I can get from cdkeys or steam sale.
